NATIONAL EMERGENCY PROGRAM

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has allocated funds to assist workers who were affected by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The National Emergency Program can assist individuals with employment and training free of charge. Individuals who were previously employed by the hospitality, tourism, transportation, food services, or related industries can contact JobLink for assistance.

Eligibility Requirements
1. Terminated, laid off or received a notice of termination or lay-off from employer
2. Eligible for Unemployment Insurance and unlikely to return to previous occupation

Please bring the following documents to JobLink
1. Valid Photo Identification
2. Employment Termination Letter OR Employment Contact Information
3. Unemployment Insurance Monetary Determination
4. Selective Service Registration OR DD214 (males only)
5. Citizenship or Right to Work documents (Birth Certificate, Passport, INS documentation, Alien Work Card, Alien Registration Card)
6. Social Security Card
